Senior Mechanical Engineer

**Role Overview**

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will manage and coordinate mechanical engineering systems for the Sazan Project, covering both temporary and permanent works. The role ensures mechanical systems are technically compliant, constructible, energy-efficient, and suitable for phased island development.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead and review mechanical design development from concept through IFC stages.
- Coordinate mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, water supply, drainage, STP, RO plants, and pumping systems.
- Review mechanical calculations, layouts, equipment schedules, and specifications.
- Ensure systems are sized and planned to support phased development and future capacity increases.
- Support early works related to temporary water supply, STP, RO, firefighting, and construction utilities.
- Coordinate with electrical, structural, civil, and architectural teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project technical requirements.
- Support construction teams with technical clarifications, RFIs, and site engineering support.
- Identify mechanical risks and support value engineering and optimization initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
- Experience on large-scale developments, infrastructure, or hospitality/resort projects.
- Strong knowledge of temporary and permanent mechanical utility systems.
- Experience in Design & Build & EPC project environments.
