**Responsibilities**

- Conduct cost-benefit evaluations aligning technology with business objectives
- Collect and document both functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders
- Participate in pre-sales efforts as a technical architect presenting solution proposals
- Drive development of new features within SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SaaS
- Resolve technical challenges employing industry best practices in software development
- Perform hands-on coding for both front-end and back-end components
- Assess application changes impact and support integration and solution design
- Provide guidance based on SAP CIO Guides, Integration Solution Advisory Methodology, and Application Extension Methodology
- Estimate development, Basis, DevOps, and architecture efforts for SAP projects
- Develop detailed solution architecture documentation and technical work breakdown structures

**Requirements**

- Extensive experience of over 12 years in SAP ABAP development with a minimum of 5 years in a Solution Architect capacity
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP portfolio including ERP, Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain modules
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform products and environments such as Cloud Foundry and Kyma/Kubernetes
- Proven background in designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SaaS extensibility modes including In-App, On-Stack, and Side-by-Side
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency to collaborate effectively
- Capability to lead technical project aspects and provide architectural direction

**Nice to have**

- Awareness of IT architecture standards like TOGAF and ITABoK
- Knowledge of SAP methodologies including SAP Activate and RISE/GROW with SAP
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services such as SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Build Process Automation
- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and Groovy
- Experience working with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
