**Job Description**

As a
**Service Desk Admin**
, you will support pan-European sales and logistics operations by coordinating orders, documentation, and deliveries-working closely with customers, warehouses, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely service across Europe.

**Your Daily Tasks**

- Raise and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Book orders with warehouses and trucking companies across Europe to ensure timely delivery
- Generate invoices, packing lists, and related sales documentation
- Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues professionally and promptly
- Liaise closely with the sales team to support smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain high levels of customer service and build strong working relationships with customers across Europe

**The Qualifications We Seek**

- **At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales administration or customer service**
- Experience in logistics, import/export, inventory management, and sales invoicing
- **Advanced Excel skills**
- Strong organizational skills with excellent inbox and workload management
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and remote teams
- Experience using inventory or order management systems (Dear Inventory is an advantage)
- Experience working with perishable food products is a strong advantage but not essential
- **Italian or Dutch language skills are a strong advantage**

**Job Overview**

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM UK (Weekends Off)

Work setup: Work From Home, Macedonia
