**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Tirana, Albania. The Service Manager will oversee and manage the after-sales service department, ensuring high-quality services are provided to clients. Responsibilities include managing a team of service professionals, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring adherence to company and brand standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in all service processes.

**Qualifications**

- Strong project management and team leadership skills, including experience in leading and motivating teams in a customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of automotive service operations, service process optimization, and workshop management
- Customer service expertise, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using service-related software and tools for diagnostics, scheduling, and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken formats
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Familiarity with Volkswagen Group or similar automotive brands is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
