**What You'll Do**
Manage and grow our LinkedIn & Instagram presence Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable) Translate projects into engaging, design-led storytelling Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals Optimize posts for engagement, reach & strategic positioning- Collaborate with IT, Animation, and Academy teams
**What We're Looking For**
Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred) Advanced Figma skills (layouts, typography, visual systems) Deep understanding of LinkedIn growth & content psychology Strong copywriting ability (clear, sharp, intentional) Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands- Structured thinking + execution discipline
