Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with company goals
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and carousels
- Design high-quality visual materials for properties and projects
- Write compelling captions optimized for reach and engagement
- Monitor messages, comments, and community interaction
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts
- Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency
- Ability to create short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Experience in real estate or marketing is a strong plus**
