**Position:**
**Social Media Specialist**
**Department:**
Marketing & PR;
**Basic duties and purpose of the position:**
Assists the Marketing Department in the preparation and implementation of practices and strategies in order to achieve internal and external communication objectives.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand.
- Content management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, You –Tube, TIK-TOK, Paid portals etc…other channels followings the trends of the market.
- Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics made on monthly bases as per template provided from the manager.
- Use data to inform campaigns and social media posts across all social media accounts.
- All communications across the multiple social media platforms should be in line with the main campaign design, message to deliver & deadlines.
- Collaborate with agencies and multiple stakeholders such as brand teams in order to update the information about new products, price change, and other information pertinent to the industry & in line with the plan
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies and influencers, brief them as per plan, generate evidence about the tasks solved and sent reports.
- Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
- Monitor company brand consistency by respecting the brand book, customer engagement & feedback on real time, web traffic of social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels on monthly bases by including it in the monthly report.
- Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy
- Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness
- Reply to email from the manager & other parties within 8 hours, even if the task is not solved the SM specialist should bring feedback that the task is processing.
- Is responsible to follow and generate all the necessary documentation as per procedure, for every service/item/event purchased from the SM specialist and other staff on his/her dependents.
**Qualification:**
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
**Experience:**
2-3 years experience in digital media, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
**Other qualifications:**
1. Experience with graphic design, web design, and video production
2. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other coding languages
3. Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and other design software
4. Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking/reporting tools
5. Familiarity with SEO best practices
**Personal competence:**
- A strong understanding of both technology and business.
- Must effectively manage time and projects in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
- Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest etc)
- A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content.
- Strong data analysis skills to analyze key metrics of campaign success using Google Analytics or equivalent
- A team player who is willing to work with various internal stakeholders.
