**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer based in Tirana, Albania. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural calculations, conducting structural analysis, and applying principles of structural and civil engineering to design and assess various projects. Additional duties include preparing detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design, perform structural calculations, and conduct static analyses for construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to address technical challenges and develop optimal solutions using structural analysis software.

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within design studios or construction/civil engineering companies.
- Proficiency in Revit, ACCA software, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), and structural calculation programs.
- Hands-on experience with structural calculations and static analysis.
- Strong planning skills with a results-oriented approach and attention to detail.
