We are looking to hire a researcher to join the
*team*
to support the consultants. You will learn about our markets, develop excellent communication skills and learn how to become a first-class head-hunter.

This is a candidate-focused role, supporting senior members of the
*Dubai*
based
*team*
to headhunt and attract talent for the
*Middle East*
*market*
. The role involves
*administration*
,
*database*
management, mapping out markets, headhunting candidates and successfully managing all candidate communication.

**Details:**

- Mon-Fri / 8-4pm CET
- 20 Holiday days (plus MK or UK bank holidays)
- Flexible working (home and/or Skopje office available)
- Clear and achievable commission based bonuses

**We are looking for:**

- Bright, enthusiastic and hardworking
- Knowledge and understanding in sourcing exceptional candidates using tools such as
*LinkedIn*
Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Mature, positive outlook, curious and keen to learn and businesses and different industry sectors
- Previous experience hiring people into the
*Middle East*
*market*
an advantage
