**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a
**Team Leader**
- Excellent skills in
**Java (Spring Boot)**
and
**Angular**
- Strong experience with
**microservices architectures**
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate development teams
- Hands-on approach to software development and code reviews
- Experience working in
**Agile**
environments

**Nice to have:**

- Experience in
**software development for Public Administration projects**

**Languages:**

- English – good working proficiency
- Italian – good working proficiency
