**Role Description**

This is an non paid
**internship role**
for a Technical Support Specialist at O-NXT. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site technical support in Tirana and performing tasks related to troubleshooting, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus

- Currently pursuing or possess a degree in Information Technology or related field
- English/ French language knowledge
