**The Role**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Tirana on a full-time basis. As a frontline problem-solver, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting Linux-based environments, and ensuring every client interaction ends with a clear, effective solution. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
**What You'll Do**
-Â Provide first and second-line technical support via phone, email, and on-site assistance
-Â Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and Linux system-related issues
-Â Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively identify and mitigate risks
-Â Document resolved cases and contribute to a growing internal knowledge base
-Â Escalate complex issues to engineering teams while keeping clients informed throughout
-Â Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve support processes and response times
**What We're Looking For**
â Required:
-Â Knowledge of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting
-Â Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving complex technical challenges
-Â Excellent written and verbal communication in English (fluency required)
-Â Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently under pressure
â Preferred:
-Â Familiarity with ticketing systems
-Â 1+ year of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
-Â Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls
-Â IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Linux+, or ITIL are a plus
