**Track & Trace Specialist – Entry Level**

Soundwave Global is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Track & Trace Specialists. No experience needed - training provided.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and monitor truck loads
- Communicate with drivers and customers
- Track shipments and update records
- Help resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company and DOT regulations

**Requirements:**

- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Schedule:**
Full-time, Second Shift
