We’re searching for a Skopje-based UI/UX Designer to join our R&D team, so that we can create user-centered digital experiences that drive measurable product value. The UI/UX Designer I will transform business requirements and user research into high-fidelity designs and prototypes to optimize immediate product outcomes and enhance the safety of healthcare operations.


How You’ll Spend Your Time



- Conducting user interviews and usability testing to gather data informing evidence-based design decisions.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in order to clearly convey product functionality and design intent to stakeholders.
- Identifying and validating product opportunities through structured experimentation to discover the most effective solutions for user and business goals.
- Partnering with engineers and product managers in order to translate complex requirements into technically feasible and impactful design solutions.
- Iterating on design visuals based on qualitative and quantitative feedback to enhance clarity, effectiveness, and user engagement.

- Demonstrated experience in user-centered digital product design, specifically creating wireframes and prototypes for complex challenges.
- Proven success in leveraging research data to validate design choices and prioritize features that maximize product outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge on how to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints through creative problem-solving.
- Ability to commute to our Skopje office as part of our hybrid working model.
- Sincere interest in healthcare transformation and making a positive change in patient safety.
- A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional, fast-paced R&D environments.
