**Certified Webflow Partner Studio**
, we design scalable digital ecosystems where strong systems thinking meets refined visual execution.
**What This Role Really Is**
This is not a content scheduler role.This is a positioning role.You will shape how Formed is perceived across digital platforms — visually, strategically, and narratively.
**What You'll Do**
- Manage and grow our Social Media presence
- Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable)
- Translate projects into engaging, design-led storytelling
- Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals
- Optimize posts for engagement, reach & strategic positioning
- Collaborate with IT, Animation, and Academy teams
**What We're Looking For**- Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)
- Advanced Figma skills (layouts, typography, visual systems)
- Deep understanding of Social Media growth & content psychology
Strong copywriting ability (clear, sharp, intentional)
- Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands Structured thinking + execution discipline
