**👩 💻👨 💻About You**

We are seeking a
**UKG Dimensions Technical Consultant**
to support the Ferrara client as part of our AMS service delivery. The ideal candidate will have
**basic coding and strong technical knowledge**
of the UKG Dimensions application and be comfortable providing ongoing application support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

🔧
**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide
**AMS support**
for the UKG Dimensions application
- Perform
**basic technical configurations and coding**
within UKG Dimensions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects
- Support integrations, data validation, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Participate in incident management, change requests, and minor enhancements
- Ensure timely and effective support aligned with SLAs

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Hands-on experience with
**UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management)**
- **Basic coding skills**
and technical understanding of UKG architecture
- Knowledge of configurations, business rules, and system workflows
- Strong
**technical troubleshooting**
and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of AMS support processes
- **Fluent English communication skills**
(verbal and written)
- Ability to work
**US business hours**

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience supporting UKG in an
**AMS or managed services environment**
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, or reporting within UKG
- Prior experience supporting global or US-based clients
