**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role located in Tirana, Albania. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for leading and participating in activities such as creating user-centric designs, conducting user research to understand needs, designing visual interfaces, and building prototypes for testing and iteration. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and align designs with business goals.

**Qualifications**

- Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design methodologies, including creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Experience in Prototyping to bring designs to life and enable iterative user testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in IT or digital products is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
