**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site
**Full-Stack Developer**
role based in Tirana, Albania. The developer will design, build, and maintain modern web applications using
**React, TypeScript, and Node.js (TypeScript)**
. Responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, backend services and APIs, enhancing existing systems, collaborating across teams, and ensuring performant, secure, and maintainable code throughout the development lifecycle.

**Qualifications**

• Strong proficiency in
**React**
and
**TypeScript**
, including component-driven architecture, state management, and responsive UI design.

• Professional experience with
**Node.js**
and
**TypeScript**
for backend development, including REST APIs, authentication flows, and modular service design.

• Solid full-stack understanding with a focus on
**non-relational databases**
, particularly
**MongoDB**
, including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and performance considerations.

• Experience with API integration, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong command of version control systems such as
**Git**
and collaborative development workflows.

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies as project needs evolve.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.

**Minimum 3+ years of professional experience**
in full-stack or web application development.
