If you're ready to join a company that moves fast, thinks big, and appreciates people who do things right, we'd love to meet you. **What you'll do:** ✔ Process and verify carrier invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. ✔ Reconcile payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. ✔ Communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and smooth financial operations. ✔ Support daily accounting tasks while helping improve the efficiency of our accounting processes. **What we're looking for:** ✔ Previous experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or administrative roles (logistics experience is a plus). ✔ Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. ✔ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with numbers confidently. ✔ A proactive mindset, accountability, and the drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
