**Role Description**
The Afterhours role at Give2Get Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Skopje. This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting fleet operations outside regular business hours, including responding to driver calls, emails, and messages, and coordinating solutions to urgent issues such as delays, route changes, and equipment problems. The Afterhours team member will track loads, update internal systems, and ensure accurate communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers. Day-to-day tasks include documenting incidents, maintaining up-to-date records, escalating critical matters to appropriate departments, and ensuring that service standards and safety guidelines are followed. The role requires consistent presence during assigned afterhours shifts and collaboration with the daytime operations team to ensure continuity of service.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and messages professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple issues and maintain accurate records during busy afterhours periods.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including assessing urgent situations and coordinating practical, timely solutions.
- Basic computer and systems skills, including working with dispatch or transportation management software, email, and spreadsheets.
- Customer service mindset, with a focus on supporting drivers and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Skopje during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, call center, or operations support is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, business, or related fields is an advantage.
