**Description & Requirements** ****Who we are looking for**** We are seeking an AI Specialist with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and cloud-native engineering to design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve intelligent solutions that address real business needs. The role combines hands-on AI engineering, data and model pipeline development, agentic workflow orchestration, responsible AI controls, and close collaboration with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders across the full solution lifecycle. - Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence** , or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. - Minimum of **5 years of experience** in data engineering, artificial intelligence development, machine learning engineering, or cloud-native software engineering. - Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, machine learning models, data pipelines, or end-to-end AI solutions in production environments. - Hands-on experience with **Python and relevant AI** , machine learning, and data engineering libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. - Experience with Generative AI and large language model solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, evaluation, and model performance optimization. - Experience with agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration, API integration, memory patterns, and multi-step automation; knowledge of agent-to-agent communication patterns is an advantage. - Experience building **REST APIs** , cloud-native microservices, and integration solutions using technologies such as J **ava, Spring Boot, SOAP, REST, and JSON.** - Good understanding of **Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, GitHub, Jenkins,** and release management practices. - Experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as **Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform,** including AI, machine learning, data, and security services. Being certified is considered a plus. - Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, cloud security, model governance, testing, observability, and production support practices. - Nice to have: experience using Cursor or similar AI-assisted development environments, and working with MCP servers for tool integration, context sharing, or agentic workflow enablement. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. **Your future role** - **Design, develop, and integrate AI solutions** , including Generative AI models, large language models, multimodal models, machine learning models, and advanced analytics capabilities. - **Build and orchestrate agentic AI workflows** , including single-agent and multi-agent patterns, tool use, memory, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow automation. - **Translate business requirements into technical solutions** by working closely with product owners, business units, engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders. - **Develop scalable AI and data pipelines,** including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. - **Implement AI-enabled automation** for use cases such as document processing, case summarization, content generation, decision support, and workflow orchestration. - Deploy and operate AI services in cloud-native or containerized environments, including **Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD-enabled platforms.** - **Ensure responsible and secure AI delivery** by applying privacy, security, compliance, prompt injection defense, data protection, PII redaction, testing, and model governance practices. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications using observability, performance monitoring, incident management, defect resolution, and production support processes. - Support t **he full development lifecycle** , including prototyping, functional and non-functional testing, release preparation, production deployment, documentation, and knowledge sharing. - **Contribute to agile delivery** through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, progress reporting, and continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams. **What we offer** 🌟 Why Deloitte?
