Associate IT Operations & Support Engineer

Operating globally, our 6000+ specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and Ul design, managed services, product development, and software development. ***This is you*** - Experience with Windows and Linux system administration. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Experience working with ticketing system/s. - Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). - Excellent troubleshooting skills in a multi-user environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. ***This is your role*** - Monitor and support Security Operations Center (SOC) activities in a 24/7 shift environment. - Perform continuous security monitoring, event analysis, and incident detection. - Respond to and manage security incidents following established incident response procedures. - Monitor, analyze, and investigate security alerts generated by SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms. - Perform log monitoring, analysis, and management to identify potential security threats and anomalies. - Escalate and document security incidents in accordance with operational procedures. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational and security issues. ***What awaits you at Avenga?*** *At Avenga, everyone matters.
