Bridge Manager

We are seeking a
**Bridge Manager**
for our railway project in
**North Macedonia**
.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead and coordinate the construction of bridges, viaducts, culverts, retaining walls and other civil structures in line with the project schedule, technical specifications and quality requirements,
- Oversee foundation, substructure and superstructure works, including piling, reinforced concrete, precast and prestressed concrete works, as applicable,
- Manage construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination across structural work fronts,
- Plan workforce, equipment and material requirements, and monitor progress and productivity against project targets,
- Review drawings, construction methods, temporary works requirements and work sequences in coordination with the design and technical teams,
- Resolve technical and construction issues in coordination with the Engineer, designers and relevant project disciplines,
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements,
- Monitor subcontractor performance and report on construction progress, risks and required corrective actions.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
- Minimum
**20 years of professional experience**
in civil construction, including substantial experience in bridge and structural works,
- At least
**10 years of experience in bridge and civil structures construction**
within railway, highway or similar major infrastructure projects,
- At least
**5 years of experience in a managerial role**
, leading construction teams and subcontractors,
- Strong site experience in foundations, reinforced concrete structures and bridge superstructure construction,
- Proven ability to manage multiple work fronts, construction schedules and resource planning,
- Experience working on international projects and coordinating with the Employer and Engineer is preferred,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
