The ideal candidate understands the value of technology in business operations, and is eager to take ownership of revenue growth and strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities ● Maintain close relationships with client owners and understand their ongoing needs ● Present and sell Aureus Capital’s factoring and financial solutions ● Develop targeted outreach strategies based on market research ● Provide strategic input on sales campaigns and growth opportunities **Requirements:** ● Must be comfortable communicating with U.S. based clients daily ● Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in financial services, commercial finance, or a related industry ● Familiarity with the U.S. transportation or trucking industry ● Strong negotiation and closing skills ● Experience working with **CRM systems** (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and maintaining accurate pipeline records ● Strong organizational and time-management skills **Additional Requirements:** Knowledge of **factoring, trucking/transportation industry, or commercial finance.** This position is perfect for individuals with a broad skill set who enjoy a fast-paced role that combines marketing strategy and direct sales execution.
