We invite you to join our team at Krka's Representative office in Tirana, Albania, as a **CHIEF ACCOUNTANT** **TARGET** Organization and control of financial and accounting activities of RO Tirana, Albania **KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Organization and control of accounting and tax accounting in full - Control of timely and correct reflection of all transactions in the accounts of accounting - Control over the adoption of documents for accounting in accordance with internal procedures - Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and financial statements - Preparation and submission of tax returns, statistical reporting - Ensure the legality, timeliness and correctness of the execution of documents compilation of payroll calculations, the correct calculation and transfer of taxes and other mandatory payments - Active participation in the formation of tax policy and accounting policy, development of measures for its implementation - Provide the company's management with complete and reliable information on the financial position, results of operations and changes in the RO's financial position - Providing methodological assistance to employees of the RO's divisions on accounting, reporting control and economic analysis - Interaction with inspection, tax and audit bodies. **REQUIREMENTS** ***Professional:*** - University education (accounting and auditing, finance and/or economics) - Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably in international company - Good knowledge of Albanian tax, labour and other applicable legislation - Experience in providing data to tax and other state authorities - Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards - Experience in preparing different types of reports and analyses - Excellent knowledge of ERP accounting software and Internet banking, - Professional user in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Knowledge of English is compulsory. ***Personal:*** - Self-initiative, efficiency, and proactivity - High level of responsibility, honesty and integrity - Excellent analytical skills - Attention to detail - Good communication skills - Focus on results, teamwork, and cooperation, - Aiming at long-term cooperation.
