Clinical Trial Assistant

Our Clinical Research team push the boundaries of global healthcare through research and innovation in Albania and the Balkan peninsula. Through clinical trials conducted, we ensure the safety and efficacy of our existing and pipeline products to produce safe, effective, innovative medicine. The role is accountable for Clinical Trial in Neurology and the requirement is for office based possition in Tirana, Albania. **Key Responsibilities** As a CTA, you will support our clinical research activities across several international projects by: - Site Selection and Feasibility Activities - Maintaining and updating study documentation (TMF/eTMF) - Supporting clinical teams with administrative and operational tasks - Assisting in preparation of study materials and regulatory documents - Tracking study progress, timelines, and deliverables - Managing communication between sites, vendors, and internal teams - Organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-ups - Supporting monitoring activities and quality checks - Ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs, and study-specific requirements You will work closely with senior team members and receive direct mentoring as you grow into the role. **What We’re Looking For** We value character and mindset as much as experience.
