We are seeking a senior-level *hands-on* **Creative Director** to: 1. Provide ideation and creative direction on **social media** campaigns, **newsletters** and **video production** to align with client’s brand and business goals. 2. Be hands-on in developing innovative concepts and creative strategies for campaigns. 3. Guide designers, copywriters, marketers, and video team on delivering high-quality work and outcome. Develop and execute creative strategies across multichannel departments. 2. Create compelling concepts for social media campaigns, newsletters and video production. 3. Lead the creative process from brainstorming through execution while maintaining exceptional quality standards. 4. Review and provide direction on design, copy, branding, and marketing assets to maximize engagement and conversions. 5. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all clients and company projects. 6. Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and content teams to deliver innovative campaigns. 7. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize creative approaches based on data and user behavior. 8. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative best practices to introduce innovative ideas. 9. Present creative concepts and campaign strategies confidently to internal teams and stakeholders. 10. Report on creative initiatives, campaign performance, and improvement opportunities. **Requirements:** 1. 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, Senior Marketing Creative, or similar leadership role. 2. Proven experience developing successful creative campaigns across multiple digital channels. 3. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media, and digital content. 4. Extensive experience creating high-performing email marketing campaigns and newsletters. 5. Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning across major platforms. 6. Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities with strong attention to detail. 7. Ability to generate original ideas that align with business objectives and audience needs. 8. Experience leading creative teams including designers, copywriters, marketers, and content creators. 9.
