As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for using multiple avenues to build, maintain and grow customer relationships to heighten our team. This is an onsite role with opportunity for hybrid/remote work once certain performance benchmarks are hit. **What You’ll Do** - Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline and onboard new business. - Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings. - Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication. - Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry to customers. - Expand your book of business by developing new relationships and expanding relationships with current customers. **Who You Are** - Reliable, detail oriented, organized, and analytical. - A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. - Long-term thinker with the ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively. - Highly competitive and driven by success. - A long-term thinker with the ability to identify potential opportunities for growth. - Goal oriented and looking to progress in their logistics career. - Highly competitive and driven to win. **Qualifications** - A minimum of 1-2 years of freight brokerage experience, Customer Sales is highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach. - Experience in McLeod is a huge plus. - Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor. This role is fully onsite in our Burr Ridge, IL office Monday through Friday, between 7am and 4pm cst. Salary plus 25% on a paid in, non recoverable draw. Performance based bonuses before commission to earn up to $28,000 in your first 90 days, and $96,000 in your first year.
