**Job Description** Position: Data Protection Officer (DPO) Department: Legal & Compliance Location: Infinity Investment Employment Type: Full-time ***About the Role*** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Protection Officer (DPO) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with Law No. 124/2024 "On Personal Data Protection", applicable privacy regulations, and data governance standards. The DPO will serve as an independent advisor on data protection matters, monitor compliance across the organization, and promote a strong culture of privacy and accountability. ***Key Responsibilities*** - Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with personal data protection legislation, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. - Advise management and employees on obligations related to personal data protection and privacy. - Develop, review, and update internal data protection policies, procedures, notices, and related documentation. - Conduct privacy risk assessments and monitor the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures. - Provide guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy-related risk mitigation. - Act as the primary point of contact with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data and cooperate with supervisory authorities when required. - Respond to data subject requests and provide guidance regarding data protection rights. - Deliver awareness programs and training sessions on data protection and privacy across the organization. - Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to personal data protection. - Maintain accurate records and documentation demonstrating compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. ***Qualifications and Experience*** - Bachelor's degree in Law.
