**Role Description**
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, Albania. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote Tirana Ring Center | MSA Konstruksion, its services, and tenants. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating engaging content, coordinating online promotions, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital platforms. The specialist monitors and analyzes web and campaign performance data, prepares reports, and recommends improvements to increase reach and engagement. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is required to support events, promotions, and marketing initiatives that drive visitor traffic and enhance the center’s visibility.

**Qualifications**

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills to manage channels, campaigns, and content effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing skills, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration, content creation, and interaction with stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in retail, commercial real estate, or construction-related marketing is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising (e.g., social ads, search ads), and email marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
