We are looking for a
**Digital Operations Assistant**
to join our team and support our Affiliate Managers in their daily activities.
Your Role
As a Digital Operations Assistant, you will work directly with our Affiliate Management team, supporting daily operations and ensuring that activities run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork, problem-solving, and independent decision-making are essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Affiliate Managers with daily operational tasks.
- Follow up on communications with partners and call centers, ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved.
- Monitor ongoing offers and activities, identifying potential problems early.
- Prepare clear and accurate daily and weekly reports.
- Identify operational issues and proactively propose solutions.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Use digital tools and AI-powered solutions to improve daily workflows.
- Take initiative and make independent decisions when necessary.

**Requirements:**

**Fluent Italian**
(mandatory).

and familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude).
- **Independent decision-making:**
Ability to take initiative and solve problems without constant supervision.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Flexibility:**
Availability to work on

according to a rotating schedule.
- **Organizational skills:**
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Working Schedule
- **Monday to Friday:**
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, working from our office at Lake View Residence, Tirana.
- **Weekends:**
Remote work, based on a rotating schedule. (part-time, approximately
