This role involves planning routes, scheduling trucks and drivers, and monitoring shipment status to meet delivery timelines. The Dispatcher will communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers, resolve day-to-day issues, and update systems with accurate shipment and routing information. Additional tasks include maintaining documentation for transport and customs processes, optimizing loads and schedules to reduce costs and delays, and collaborating with the logistics team to improve service quality and operational performance. **Qualifications** - Strong logistics and transportation coordination skills, including route planning, scheduling, and load optimization. - Proficiency in using dispatch, tracking, and warehouse management systems, as well as basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email). - Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact clearly with drivers, clients, and internal teams. - Organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple shipments, manage time-sensitive tasks, and resolve operational issues. - Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, transport documentation, and shipment data. - Ability to work on-site in Skopje, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions under pressure. - Knowledge of customs procedures or freight forwarding processes is an advantage. - Relevant experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation, and a vocational or higher education in logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
