**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher – Reefer Operations to join our team in Skopje. This is a hands-on role where you will manage daily dispatch operations, support drivers, negotiate freight rates, and ensure profitable, on-time execution of temperature-controlled shipments.
