Globe Logistic is looking for a proactive and experienced
**CDL Driver Recruiter**
to join our team and support driver recruitment for the U.S. trucking market.
The ideal candidate understands the CDL driver recruitment process, knows how to identify and engage qualified drivers, and can manage candidates throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit experienced CDL drivers for the U.S. trucking market.
- Screen candidates to assess their driving experience, qualifications, and suitability based on company hiring requirements.
- Manage applications, candidate documentation, and recruitment progress using Tenstreet.
- Review PSP, MVR, and background check reports in accordance with company hiring standards and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding pay, schedules, equipment, and job expectations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidate records and application statuses accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with Safety and Operations to complete onboarding requirements and arrange driver start dates.
- Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers for the U.S. trucking industry.
- Understanding of the U.S. trucking market and CDL driver hiring requirements.
- Experience using Tenstreet to manage applications, documentation, and candidate progress.
- Familiarity with PSP, MVR, and background check reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to candidate sourcing, communication, and follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- A responsible and professional approach to handling candidate information and documentation.
