About Akro Center Akro Center is a language learning center in Tirana offering English, German, Italian, and French courses. The Role We are looking for an experienced English Language Teacher to join our team, primarily for afternoon classes. The teacher will work with students of different ages and proficiency levels, delivering engaging and well-structured English lessons in line with Akro Center’s teaching standards. Main responsibilities include: - Planning and delivering engaging English language lessons - Preparing appropriate teaching materials and activities - Supporting students according to their individual learning needs - Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback - Creating a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere - Collaborating with the Akro Center team to continuously improve the learning experience Qualifications - Degree in English Language, Education, Linguistics, or a closely related field - Previous experience teaching English is required - Advanced proficiency in English - Strong knowledge of English grammar and communication - Good classroom management and communication skills - Ability to work with different age groups and proficiency levels - Professional, responsible, and learner-focused approach - Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology is an advantage Why Akro Center?
