Leakom Marison is looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory Operations Manager to join our team at our cocoa powder factory in Skopje!

We are seeking a strong leader who can oversee daily factory operations, improve operational performance, manage teams, and ensure that our production activities run efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

\* Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production processes.

\* Monitor operational performance, track progress, and ensure production targets are achieved.

\* Lead, manage, train, and develop factory staff.

\* Conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.

\* Manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational costs.

\* Coordinate activities across departments to maximise productivity and efficiency.

\* Maintain high standards of quality, organisation, and workplace safety.
