This is an opportunity to work with a brand dedicated to advancing healthier food choices in the marketplace. **Role Description** The Food Technologist will work full time on-site in Skopje, supporting the development and optimization of Tonus Leb’s flourless, additive-free bread products. Daily responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments for new recipes, performing laboratory tests, and documenting results to improve product quality, consistency, and shelf life using natural methods. The role involves collaborating with production teams to scale recipes from lab to manufacturing, monitoring critical control points, and resolving technical issues on the production line. The Food Technologist will perform sensory evaluations, ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable food regulations, and maintain accurate records of formulations, processes, and test results. The role also includes continuous research into innovative ingredients and technologies that align with the company’s clean-label standards.
