Currently we are on the search for a full-time on-site Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Agents to join the team, with at least 1 year of experience in the field. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using the HappyRobot platform to solve customer business problems. - Work closely with customers to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Build and optimize conversational AI workflows, decision logic, and integrations with external systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, databases, communication tools). - Configure and fine-tune AI agent behavior, prompts, knowledge bases, and automation rules. - Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence platform roadmap. - Support pilot launches, onboarding, and post-deployment success metrics. - Document technical implementations, best practices, and reusable deployment frameworks. - Stay current on developments in AI agents **,** Large Language Models, and workflow automation technologies. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 1+ year in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles. - Experience working with AI/ML products, automation platforms, or conversational AI tools. - Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations. - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. - Experience with prompt engineering and deploying AI-powered workflows. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **What We Offer:** - Positive and supportive working atmosphere. - Competitive salary based on experience. - Private Health Insurance. - 20 days Paid Time Off (PTO). - Opportunities for growth and long-term career development.
