HR DATA SPECIALIST

Job description: **HR DATA SPECIALIST** We are looking for an HR Data Specialist to join our HR team in Albania and support our global HR activities. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable HR data and supporting the effective use and continuous improvement of our HR systems, reporting and processes across the organization. **ROLE** - Ensure HR data quality, accuracy and consistency across HR systems - Support HR data accuracy on compliance requirements, audit processes and maintenance of HR records and documentation - Prepare and analyze HR reports, KPIs and data to support HR, Finance, ESG and business needs - Develop and support HR dashboards and people analytics using data from different systems and tools - Manage and support HRIS / HCM systems, including maintenance, improvements, requests and incidents - Identify and implement process automation and reporting improvements - Provide system support across HR Department teams - Contribute to HRIS, digitalization, People Analytics and AI-related projects **PROFILE** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related fields - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Data Management, HR Operations, or a similar role - Advanced Excel and BI skills, such as Power BI or Tableau - Strong knowledge HRIS and SuccessFactors (module EC) is a plus - High attention to detail and a strong data governance mindset - Good understanding of HR processes and HR KPI, including payroll, organizational structures and employee lifecycle - Strong data analytics and visual skills, workforce planning and headcount forecasting - Strong ability to support Finance and HR teams by preparing workforce cost forecasts, headcount projections, and personnel budget reports - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality - Ability to collaborate effectively with different HR functions and stakeholders - Fluent in English, both written and spoken **JOIN US** - Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees - Respectful entrepreneurship and a long-term vision are key for success - Our people contribute to a more secure world - Diversity at all levels of an organization is a strength - We offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating industry Your file will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and discretion Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4469735106/
