iGaming - Operations & Payment Specialist

As we approach our hard launch, we are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Operations and Payment Specialist. We want a proactive specialist who understands the architecture of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and knows exactly how to maintain platform stability and transaction efficiency. As our go-to payment specialist, you will be the technical backbone of our operations. Working closely with our Operations Lead and Payment Analyst, you will take full ownership of investigating and resolving platform errors and payment failures. You do not just resolve individual tickets; you understand the underlying technical infrastructure and always keep system uptime and transaction success rates in mind. If you value high operational standards and thrive in a structured yet fast-paced remote startup, we want you on board. **What you will do** - Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), while actively supporting the technical onboarding of new payment methods. - Diagnose and resolve integration issues by analyzing logs, callbacks, and configuration errors (no coding required). - Collaborate closely with the Operations Lead and Payment Analyst to monitor transaction flows and improve overall system performance. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system errors, technical configurations, and compliance requirements within our platform architecture. - Our platform is managed by Slotegrator; your role focuses on operational debugging, PSP flows, and provider connectivity. **What we are looking for** - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical operations or engineering, preferably within the iGaming or Fintech sector. - Deep technical understanding of API integrations, payment gateway configurations, and back-office platform management. - Strong problem-solving capabilities with a methodical approach to analyzing system logs and isolating root causes of technical failures. - Fluent professional English communication skills and full availability to collaborate during the core hours of 09:00 to 18:00 CET.  **What we offer** - Compensation: Competitive salary based on GEO benchmarks and your specific iGaming experience. - Hours/Commitment: 20 hours per week. - Position: 100% Remote with a global, distributed team. - The unique professional freedom and operational speed of a fast-growing, international startup environment. - The opportunity to take full technical ownership of the payment and gaming infrastructure for a platform scaling across Canada and LATAM.
