The company manages a large workforce of specialists, engineers, technicians, and organizational professionals, offering a stable and professional environment for career growth. **Role Description** The Structural Engineer (Inxhinier Strukture) will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing steel, concrete, and metallic structures for residential, civil, and industrial projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing structural calculations and drawings, reviewing architectural and MEP plans, and ensuring compliance with Eurocode and local building standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and other technical staff, performing site visits, monitoring construction progress, and proposing technical solutions for structural challenges. The Structural Engineer will also support quality assurance, preparing technical documentation and reports, and coordinating with external consultants when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albania. **Qualifications** - Strong skills in structural analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete, and metallic structures, including familiarity with Eurocode standards. - Proficiency with structural and CAD software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Robot, AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent) for modeling, detailing, and documentation. - Experience with construction methods related to hydro isolation of underground walls, thermo/hydro insulation of flat terraces, and building systems for civil and industrial projects. - Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and to prepare clear technical reports and documentation. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field. - Relevant work experience in structural engineering within the construction sector; experience on large-scale or complex projects is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines. - Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site. - Professional registration or eligibility for registration as an engineer in Albania is considered a plus. **All applications will be handled with the strictest confidentiality and in full compliance with Law No. 9887, dated 10 August 2008, as amended, adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, “On the Protection of Personal Data.”** Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/inxhinier-strukture-at-kontakt-al-4436669384
