Core services include MVP design and build, AI integration, web and mobile development, game and interactive experiences, data dashboards, and ongoing product support. **Role Description** The Junior Laravel Developer will work on-site in Tirana, Albania in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and senior developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing backend features in Laravel, building and maintaining RESTful APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring code quality through testing and documentation. The role involves participating in sprint planning, reviewing requirements, debugging issues, and optimizing application performance across web projects and internal tools. The developer will also help refine technical specifications, contribute to code reviews, and follow secure coding and best practices to support scalable, maintainable solutions. **Qualifications** - Solid understanding of PHP and Laravel framework, including routing, Eloquent ORM, middleware, and basic MVC concepts. - Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to design schemas, write queries, and work with migrations and seeders. - Foundational web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks or libraries is a plus. - Competence in using Git and version control workflows, code reviews, and collaborative development tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). - Ability to work with APIs and integrations, including building RESTful endpoints, handling JSON data, and using third-party services. - Basic knowledge of testing and debugging practices, such as unit testing in Laravel, logging, and performance monitoring. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback in a fast-paced product environment. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team on-site in Tirana. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; internship or personal project experience in Laravel is highly valued. - Familiarity with cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4471427651/
