Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter based in Albania to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment experience who has worked in the BPO, call center, customer service, tech support, telecom, or sales industries and understands how to identify and attract top talent in fast-paced, high-volume environments. The Junior Recruiter will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines. This is an excellent opportunity to continue building a career in recruitment while working with international clients and remote teams. **Salary up to USD 1,800 monthly based on experience.** **Key Responsibilities** - Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels. - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and experience. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines within the ATS. - Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. - Meet recruitment KPIs, sourcing targets, and hiring deadlines. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO, call center, customer support, telecom, tech support, sales, or staffing industries. - Experience sourcing and screening candidates for high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience recruiting for customer service, technical support, sales, SDR, BDR, account management, operations, or back-office roles. - Experience working for a staffing agency, outsourcing company, recruitment firm, or BPO organization. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools. - Experience supporting international recruitment efforts. - Additional European language skills are a plus.
