Since 2023, ONYX PHARMA has expanded into direct distribution, working closely with pharmacy clients and secondary wholesale companies. **Role Description** As part of its continued growth and commitment to strengthening collaboration with the pharmacy network, Onyx Pharma is looking to recruit a Pharmacy Coordinator. The role will focus on developing and managing relationships with pharmacies, implementing Onyx Pharma projects at the pharmacy level, and supporting the performance and visibility of the company’s product portfolio. Key Responsibilities \* Segment and profile pharmacy customers based on their potential, pharmacy characteristics, and relevance to the Onyx Pharma portfolio. \* Develop and regularly update the pharmacy database, identifying high-potential customers for specific product categories and brands. \* Organize and coordinate Point-of-Care Diagnostic activities in pharmacies, including activity planning, coordination with pharmacists, and monitoring of implementation and outcomes. \* Support the organization of patient screening and awareness activities within pharmacies. \* Manage product positioning and shelf visibility, ensuring optimal product exposure and compliance with Onyx Pharma merchandising standards. \* Monitor product availability and identify issues related to stock levels, distribution, and product presence within pharmacies. \* Promote OTC products, nutraceuticals, and other relevant products within the Onyx Pharma portfolio, in line with the company’s commercial and marketing strategy. \* Present products, their key features, benefits, and positioning to pharmacists and pharmacy staff. \* Organize educational meetings and activities for pharmacists, focusing on relevant therapeutic areas and the corresponding products within the Onyx Pharma portfolio. \* Coordinate educational, promotional, and communication materials required for pharmacy-based activities. \* Systematically collect market intelligence regarding Onyx Pharma products, competing products, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities. \* Monitor feedback from pharmacists and consumers regarding products and promotional campaigns. \* Assess at pharmacy level the impact of digital, television, and other marketing campaigns conducted by Onyx Pharma. \* Identify new opportunities to strengthen cooperation with pharmacies and propose initiatives aimed at increasing portfolio penetration and performance. \* Prepare periodic reports on activities, results, pharmacy feedback, and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). \* Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure effective implementation of pharmacy projects. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have: \* A university degree; qualifications in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration are preferred. \* Excellent communication and presentation skills. \* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. \* A results-oriented mindset and the ability to analyze and interpret market information. \* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with pharmacists. \* Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools. \* Availability for regular travel and pharmacy visits. \* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC, nutraceuticals, pharmacy retail, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
