Logistics and Procurement Coordinator- EPC Solar (Macedonian)

We're Hiring | Logistics & Procurement Coordinator 📍 Bitola, North Macedonia POWERCHINA JEPCC is looking for a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join our team for the 20MW Bitola Solar PV Project and 10MW Oslomej Solar PV Project. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in EPC projects, import logistics, customs clearance and local procurement who are looking to contribute to the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects. Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Customs Coordination - Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies and customs brokers. - Monitor imported equipment shipments from Greek ports to the project sites. - Track customs clearance and site deliveries to ensure timely material availability. - Review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and customs documentation. - Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and project teams to resolve delivery issues. - Maintain accurate logistics, customs and delivery records. - Support material receiving, quantity verification and handover documentation. Local Procurement - Source and evaluate local suppliers for construction materials, PPE, tools, consumables and office supplies. - Obtain quotations and prepare commercial comparisons. - Follow up purchase orders, deliveries and supplier invoices. - Maintain procurement records and supplier database. - Support daily procurement activities and supplier coordination. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, procurement or supply chain coordination. - Experience in EPC, construction, renewable energy, infrastructure or industrial projects is highly preferred. - Good understanding of import/export procedures and customs clearance. - Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Good command of English, both spoken and written. - Valid driving licence is an advantage. - Based in Bitola or willing to relocate.
