Our speciality is supporting early-stage and growing F&B brands with strategy, branding, digital visibility and business development. We are part of Food Systems Collective, established in 2025 following the rebrand of Food Microbiology Academy, originally founded in 2019. Today, our work spans entrepreneurial education, capability-building, and hands-on digital support for founders shaping the future of food. This combination allows us to support founders with a particularly robust and evidence-informed approach to growth—bridging product development, consumer insight and digital visibility. However, we have several income streams under development where high-performing interns may be considered for: 🌟 Commission-based opportunities — digital product sales — events and workshops — course enrolments — affiliate partnerships 🌟 Client project work — paid subcontracting for selected interns — project-based compensation — specialist work (e.g., editing, design, analytics) 🌟 Future paid roles — as the digital marketing division becomes a revenue-generating arm, we will prioritise interns who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and strong execution.
