**About the Role** For our fruit juice concentrate plant in North Macedonia, part of Zorlu Global, we are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance & Utilities Supervisor responsible for the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of the production facilities, utility systems (steam, chilling unit, compressed air, water treatment and purification) and the plant's overall mechanical infrastructure. The role covers mechanical maintenance, utilities management, maintenance management systems, technical investment activities, project management, continuous improvement and cost optimization, and reports to the Engineering Manager. **Key Responsibilities** –      Ensure the reliable, uninterrupted operation of all mechanical equipment across production and utility areas (pumps, hydraulic presses, evaporators, heat exchangers, tanks, valves, piping systems, conveyors and other process equipment). –      Manage the safe and efficient operation of steam boilers, condensate systems, chilling unit systems (ammonia/freon), compressed air systems, water treatment and purification systems, and other utility equipment. –      Develop, implement and monitor planned maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment in production and utility areas; ensure maintenance activities are carried out through ERP and maintenance management systems. –      Drive predictive maintenance practices (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) and preventive maintenance systems to avoid failures before they occur. –      Roll out TPM and autonomous maintenance practices; strengthen production teams' equipment ownership and track TPM indicators. –      Build and continuously develop the technical infrastructure of the ERP Maintenance module; ensure equipment trees, maintenance plans, spare part data, work orders and maintenance records are properly maintained, reported and analyzed. –      Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of mechanical failures and develop permanent solutions to prevent recurrence. –      Track maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, maintenance cost and equipment availability; set targets and drive continuous improvement. –      Plan and execute the mechanical and utilities scope of new facility, line, equipment and capacity expansion projects end-to-end; ensure projects progress according to defined scope, budget and schedule. –      Prepare technical specifications, evaluate supplier proposals, manage equipment selection, and oversee FAT, SAT and commissioning activities. –      Develop and implement cost-saving projects to reduce energy, maintenance, labor, spare parts and consumables costs. –  Coordinate the technical warehouse organization, including identification of critical spare parts, minimum stock levels and inventory accuracy. –      Contribute to preparing maintenance and investment budgets; track CAPEX and OPEX spending and budget performance. –      Ensure maintenance and project activities comply with food safety, hygiene and occupational health & safety standards; rigorously follow permit-to-work procedures. –      Coordinate closely with production, quality, engineering, process development, planning, EHS and procurement teams. **What We Are Looking For** –      Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field. –      5-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and utilities. –      Experience in the food/beverage manufacturing sector is a strong plus; familiarity with process lines and food safety requirements is important. –      End-to-end project management experience on new investment, capacity expansion or line installation projects (technical specifications, FAT/SAT, commissioning) is a critical qualification. –      Fluent English, both written and spoken (required). –      Experience with hygienic design principles is a plus. –      Experience with Management of Change (MOC) processes is a plus. –      Technical knowledge of steam systems, chilling unit systems, compressed air and water treatment systems. –     Experience with ERP maintenance modules (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, etc.) and maintenance management systems. –   Knowledge and hands-on experience with TPM, predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) and RCA methodologies. –      Strong analytical thinking, planning, organizational and team management skills. –      Willingness to work on-site in North Macedonia (Zorlu Global Fruit Juice Concentrate Plant). –      No restrictions on travel. **What We Offer** –      A career opportunity within a global group, at a growing and actively investing plant in the food industry. –      The chance to play an active role in new investment and capacity expansion projects. –      A competitive salary and benefits package.
