We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences that deliver real value for users and clients alike. **About the Role:** As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process across websites, web applications, and digital products. You'll work closely with developers, marketers, strategists, analysts, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centered experiences that are both beautiful and functional. This role combines product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and polished UI execution. You'll be involved throughout the entire design lifecycle - from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, usability improvements, and developer handoff. **What You'll Do:** - Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for websites, platforms, and digital products - Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma - Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to inform design decisions - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs - Partner with marketing, branding, strategy, and product stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals - Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable UI components - Identify opportunities to improve user experience, accessibility, responsiveness, and conversion performance - Present design concepts and explain design rationale to internal teams and clients - Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback - Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered design workflows, and best practices **What We’re Looking For:** - **3+ years** of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar digital product design role - Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and polished visual design - Advanced proficiency in **Figma** for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and design systems - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and usability standards - Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products - Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable components - Ability to conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, strategists, and stakeholders - Strong communication and presentation skills in English - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus - Experience using modern AI tools and workflows to improve design efficiency, ideation, and execution - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment while meeting deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is considered an advantage **Nice to Have:** - Experience with motion design or micro interactions - Understanding of conversion-focused design and CRO principles - Experience working on SaaS products or digital platforms - Experience designing responsive, conversion-focused websites and landing pages **Why Thrasker:** - Fast-growing global agency - Opportunity to work on diverse international brands and digital products - Collaborative, cross-functional team environment - High-impact role with opportunities for professional growth - Design-driven culture that values innovation, creativity, and user experience ***We thank all applicants for their interest.
