- Product ownership and backlog management for Service Assurance systems
- Strong knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization
- Experience with service assurance tools: fault management, performance monitoring, service quality, and ticketing
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements
- Stakeholder management across development, NOC, and field service teams
- Understanding of telecom service monitoring, SLA management, and compliance requirements

- Drive the evolution of Service Assurance platforms and processes
- Improve SLA visibility, service performance, and operational efficiency
- Turn customer and operational feedback into actionable product improvements
- Enable faster and more effective incident response and resolution
