**Project Manager** **Payments / Fintech | Fully Remote, Anywhere in Europe | €24,000–€31,200 + Benefits** Consortia is working with a growing fintech business that is building a next-generation core banking platform for private banks, wealth management firms and financial institutions. We're looking for a **Project Manager** to take ownership of a **Payments product vertical** , managing delivery from roadmap and planning through to successful release. The role is **Fully Remote, Anywhere in Europe | €24,000–€31,200 + Benefits** This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of **project management, product and technology** . You'll work closely with software engineering, BA, QA/testing, DevOps, support teams, client stakeholders and external partners. **What you'll be doing:** • Own the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent software releases • Build project plans covering milestones, deliverables, resources and timelines • Coordinate cross-functional engineering and technology teams • Manage scope, change, risks, issues and dependencies • Track delivery performance, quality and resource utilisation • Contribute to product roadmaps and ongoing product improvements • Work directly with customers, including regular delivery meetings and reporting • Coordinate custom development projects for customer accounts • Work with engineering, clients and external partners to keep delivery moving • Help continuously improve project management processes and ways of working **What we're looking for:** • 3+ years' experience in **IT / software project management** • Experience delivering projects within an **Agile software development environment** • Good understanding of the **SDLC** • Experience coordinating technical and cross-functional teams • Strong project planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills • Confident stakeholder management and communication • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline **Nice to have:** • Fintech, banking or financial services experience • Experience working with **payments products** • Knowledge or delivery experience involving **SEPA and/or SWIFT** This could suit a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager or Delivery Manager who has worked closely with software teams and wants greater ownership of a payments-focused product area. **Please note the salary before applying:** this position pays **€24,000–€31,200 gross per year + benefits** and is **fully remote for candidates based in Europe** .
